The
Teen Suntime Reading program is on the way and this year’s theme is
“Unmask!” Our programs, book displays, and activities will focus on
heroes- both real and fictional. Sign-ups begin June
15th and run until July 31st. For each of the six weeks of the
program, we’ll have special events and activities. Each week, for every
hour you have read, you will get one entry into the weekly raffle for
awesome prizes like gift cards from Amazon and iTunes (with a maximum of
five entries per week). For every weekly activity and event you attend,
you’ll also get an entry into the weekly prize drawing. We have plenty
of new
and exciting books and graphic novels to check out!
This year, you have the option to register online or in person! Registering and logging your hours read online is a great option if you are busy or will be away! Stayed tuned, more details to come soon.
“Unmask” is sponsored by the Southwick Public Library, the
Massachusetts Library System, the Boston Bruins, and the Massachusetts Board of
Library Commissioners.

Finding your next favorite book...
Have you ever finished a great book and thought "what do I read next?" Or, even worse, been in the mood for a good book with nothing to read. We're here to help. The Southwick Public Library has access to the online resource, NoveList. You can find the link to NoveList here on the Southwick Public Library website: Southwick Public Library Online Resources and use your library card number for access.
Let NoveList help you find your next favorite book! Find read-alikes for popular books, stay up to date with your favorite genre's newest books in the "Keeping Up..." list, and search for books by subject, author, genre, and see reviews.
NoveList is a great way to find a book that is the perfect fit for you.
